I am a photojournalist from Ann Arbor, Michigan. I am currently a Central Michigan University senior majoring in photojournalism. I work as a freelance multimedia journalist and as a Staff Photographer for the independent student newspaper, Central Michigan Life. Upon graduation in May, I will be interning through the rest of 2013 at The Toledo Blade.

I have always had a passion for photography, but delivering the Ann Arbor News for 6 years as a child sparked my interest and career in journalism. I have gone from delivering the news to producing the news about the wonderful people of my hometown of Ann Arbor, as well as the great state of Michigan. I have an insatiable appetite for quality visual storytelling and look forward to where my career is taking me.

In my spare time I enjoy travel and nature photography, working on an ongoing night photography project, riding my motorcycle and bicycle, reading and cooking tasty foods.
